Adventist churches in the Greater Los Angeles area are part of a global fellowship of congregations with some 15 million baptized members worldwide, representing a wide diversity of cultures, languages and ethnicities. Locally, SCC churches share the gospel in 31 different languages and dialects.
 
The mission of Southern California Conference Adventist churches is to proclaim, to continue and to finish the work of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, through the preaching, teaching, publishing and living of His everlasting gospel.
